2. Design Preview: After receiving your order, we will start digitizing for embroidery. You'll receive an email to approve it or request unlimited revisions.

3. Production(1-2 days): Once the design is approved, we start embroider the design on items.

4. Shipment: Following productoin, your order will be carefully packed and shipped. For detailed delivery times, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

5. Tracking: After your package is shipped out, we will email you the tracking number. Can't wait the delivery man to knock your door!
